Longest entry in... EVER!

singing

"I'm sick and I wana go hoooome
I'm tried and I wana go to bed!"

I was singing this all morning. Gabe was down with a cold and wouldn’t go home so I kept singing. ”I’m sick an I wana go hooooome, I’m tried and I wana go to bed!”
He left a short while later. Whether from his cold or the singing I can’t tell.

At lunch today we went to see the grade twelve’s do a short piece on Love. It really enjoyed it. Lets see. I had a number of favorite pieces. The opening scene had the entire group of grade twelve’s (I think there was eight in this performance?) standing on stage and saying things about love. Some people sang a part from a song and when Ari’s turn came up he went down on his knees and sang (really loudly) “AND IIIIIIII WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOOOOOOU!!!” It was pretty fantastic. What was the scene after that? Ahhh yes. A couple of the boys sat down and looked like they were doing some work when a ‘hot babe’ walked by and they all try to get her attention… only to find out in the end that she is gay. Hahaha.
After that was Ari’s monologue and it was funny. He was a guy on the first day of school when he sets his sights on a girl and makes a fool out of himself. He did it very well, very funny. A couple scenes later Jack and another girl (I do not know her name) did that famous scene from Romeo and Juliet.

Yes it was fantastic, and yes they did kiss. I’m glade they did, like Lauren said “It would be the same if they chickened out”
Ahh it’s so damned romantic! I could read that excerpt forever!
A girl named Clancy did a monologue. She was from the butterfly kiss and I think she’s a really good actress. I look at her performing and think, I want to be that. There was another girl that I thought was very good too.
Tomorrow the rest of the grade Twelve’s are doing the same sort of thing but on Grade Nine. I am sure they will play the song by the Barenaked ladies ‘This Is Me in Grade Nine’. One of the scenes is called ‘Grade Nine Girls Who Love Ashton’ I think that will be very funny. Although Ashton is very hot (in everything he does) I do NOT like that guy *shivers*.

That was all by heart baby, by heart.

I had a pretty good day in drama also. Louis, Mandon and I made our scene a lot better and we practiced it over and over. We don’t get a practice before we perform next class. I hope I do well. I don’t know, I don’t feel the need to please people all that much. But I really want to do well and get the thumbs up from Mr. Wei. The only thing that he wanted more of in our scene was to boost up our energy.

Moving on.

I went to Yorkdale after school today after my failed attempt yesterday. I went into Smart Set and started thinking about which item to buy. The cute shoes for only FIFTEEN DOLLORS or thee purse. I called by mom and she said that I was allowed to blow my money any way I wanted to. Sweet deal!!! So I decided to get both. When I got up there to pay, turned out I didn’t have enough money to cover the tax! I was so upset. I loved those shoes! But I decided on the purse (Lauren I found it!) I am going back as soon as I can to get those shoes. The shoes and the sale combined was too good to pass up.
I’m turning into a shopoholic. I decided as I was walking home that I am never going to get a credit card, only debit, so I can only spend what I have.

Yay the days are getting so much shorter and my entries are getting longer. Must be the spring, this is my season.
